Jenny is a very enthusiastic person whose strong points in quilting include color, piecing, design and a desire to be genuinely involved with those who take a workshop or attend a trunk show/lecture . Photos that are used for a students personal use are always welcome in my workshops.

Sunset over Keukenhof Garden Full Day This quilt was designed as a tribute to Jenny’s trip to the 2004 Quilt Expo in Den Hague, Holland, as the 2004 winner of the Jewel Pearce Patterson Award from Quilts, Inc. Students will start a quilt that reads as a sunset over laid with a crown of gorgeous machine appliqué tulips; embellished with thread painting and more. The workshop will focus on designing the machine appliqué tulips. Your pattern will include three different background selections, each in a large and small size and 31 pages of printed material, 6 large printed sheets of templates and a CD that includes pictures of the student quilts that hung in the 05 “Celebrate Holland” special exhibit at the 2005 Houston Quilt Festival. Kaleidoscope Stars Full day only This is a fun class for the intermediate + quilter. "Mystique Medallion Wall Hanging" Full Day Make an eye catching Medallion wall hanging that measures 43” square. Techniques include piecing, curved seams, fussy cutting and machine appliqué. Rates for 2006 & 2007 $650 for full day workshops $425.00 for half day workshops SALES: In Jenny's workshops and lectures a number of items will be available for sale to interested students. The guild/conference will not expect to collect any commission on these sales. Jenny will discuss and demo these items during the class, interested students will have opportunity to purchase at the end of the workshop or lecture. Items included would be: Jenny's patterns and Book Other patterns from different designers for Wearable Workshops Notion items that are demonstrated in the workshop or are relevant to the workshop project. The list of these items can vary from time to time. Hosting group will be responsible for round trip expenses and all housing and meals accommodations. All other needs will be listed in the contract.
